Site Work and Excavation

Site Preparation and Grading

Clearing, cut and fill, and finish grading for building pads, parking areas, and drives. Grades are set to plan elevations with positive drainage built in, so the site is ready for concrete or building.

Excavation and Basement Digs

Excavation for foundations, basements, utility trenches, and drainage. Spoil is managed on site and the excavation is left clean and ready for the next trade.

Demolition

Selective and full demolition, from interior tear-outs inside working buildings to removing slabs, walls, and outbuildings. Debris is hauled off and the site is left ready for new work.

Highway and Civil Infrastructure

Site and civil work under CNT's Tennessee Highway, Railroad, and Airport classification, including approach slabs, culverts, drainage structures, and roadway-related concrete.

Trenching and Utility Work

Utility trenching and installation under CNT's Tennessee Municipal and Utility classification, including water and sewer service lines, storm drainage, and conduit runs.

Building and Renovation

Occupied-Facility Renovations

Renovation inside buildings that stay open during the work, such as warehouse offices, restrooms, and slab repairs. Work is scheduled and staged so the client's operation keeps running.

Light Commercial Construction

Small commercial buildings, additions, and tenant improvements, from site work and foundations through framing and finish, with CNT supervising the complete project.

Residential Additions and Renovations

Room additions, basements, sunrooms, and renovations that tie cleanly into the existing house, from the foundation up.

Decks, Patios, and Outdoor Structures

Decks, covered porches, patios, pergolas, and outbuildings built from treated lumber or composite, with footings sized and set for the load.
